As a business celebrating its 60th anniversary of foundation in 2015, we have accumulated technologies and
know-how.
To pass on NIKKOL’s technology while standardizing the procedures, we are teaching the accumulated technologies and know-how to the younger generation. As for specific initiatives, we have the Meister system that recognizes employees who have excellent skills. We also provide trainings (including chemistry lessons) to young employees.
What is the Meister system?
The system favors those who have excellent skills and know-how. It also elevates those people to high-status personnel to motivate them to pass down their skills and know-how to the younger employees.
