Emulsifiers

Product lineup Specification
Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oils This surfactant facilitates liquid crystal formation. Stable W/O emulsion can be obtained when it is used alone or along with another W/O emulsifier.
Polyoxyethylene phytosterols
Polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers Suitable for emulsification of esters such as paraffin wax and carnauba wax.
Polyglyceryl fatty acid esters Excels in liquid crystal formation and W/O emulsification properties.
Sorbitan fatty acid esters This W/O emulsifier also enhances adsorption
Glyceryl fatty acid esters This W/O emulsifier also enhances adsorption
Alkyl glyceryl ethers Excels in hydrolysis resistance even under acid conditions. This stable W/O emulsifier facilitates liquid crystal formation.

Water dispersants

Product lineup Specification
N-Acylamino acid salts Containing an amino group and a carboxyl group, it improves the adsorption properties of solid surfaces in acids and dispersibility in alkalis.
Alkyl ether carboxylates Can be used as a dispersant because it easily adheres to inorganic powder. Products that serve as a good dispersion stabilizer are also available.
Alkyl phosphates/polyoxyetylene alkyl ether phosphates A phosphate group that easily adheres to inorganic powder and metal. It can be used as a dispersant, rust-preventive agent or surface-coating agent.
Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oils These emulsifiers, derivatives of oleic acid or isostearic acid, excel in the dispersion of Organic pigments/carbon which have lipophilic surface.
Polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers

Polyglyceryl fatty acid esters The products with HLB10 are suitable for dispersion of powder with a lipophilic surface such as pigment, dye and polymer powder. For inorganic powder, higher HLB surfactants are more suitable.

N-Acylamino acid Non-neutralized type that is easily adsorbed by metal or inorganic powder, it can be used as a dispersant. It also has excellent solubility in various solvents.
Sorbitan fatty acid esters Can be used as a lipophilic emulsifier, W/O emulsifier or rust-preventive agent.
Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oils Can be used as a dispersing agent for powder with a lipophilic surface such as organic pigment and carbon.
Polyglyceryl fatty acid esters The surfactant easily adheres to inorganic and organic powder. It excels in oil solubility.

wetting agents

Polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers Suitable as a wetting agent because of its ability to reduce surface tension.

Surface treatment agents

Product lineup Specification
Amidoamines Ideal as a cationic surface treatment agent. Neutralize when using it in aqueous systems.
Polyoxyethylene alkyl amine They are easily adsorbed by a negatively charging solid surface. Can be used as a dispersant, lubricant and antistatic agent.
Alkylammonium salts Easily induces ion adsorption on solid surface. Facilitates dispersion of powder in oil.
N-Acylamino acid salts When a powder is treated with an oily lipophilic surfactant such as Sarcosinate OH, it is easily blended and dispersed in materials such as plastic.

Rust-preventive agents

Product lineup Specification
Sorbitan fatty acid esters It is an oil-based rust-preventive agent. Mix with mineral oil or other types to use.
N-Acylamino acid Also available as a corrosion inhibitor in aqueous systems. (Neutralize with material such as triethanolamine or ammonia.)
Polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphates Can also be used as a rust-preventive agent for water-based systems. In this case, it should be neutralized with substances such as triethanolamine.

Lubricant oil

Product lineup Specification
Sorbitan fatty acid esters Dissolve it in mineral oil (or the like) or emulsify it before use.
Diglyceryl fatty acid ester Dissolve it in mineral oil (or the like) or emulsify it before use.
Alkyl glyceryl ethers It is an oil-based ingredient that forms liquid crystals through interaction with water. Can be added to oil or emulsion bases.
N-Acylamino acid salts Because of the high Kraft point for palmitoyl sarcosine sodium, dissolve it in warm water or solvent.
Alkyl ether carboxylates Can be used as a water-based lubricant.
Alkyl phosphates/polyoxyetylene alkyl ether phosphates Can be used as a water-based lubricant.
Amidoamines Excellent biodegradable lubricant. Neutralize with acid and then dissolve in hot water.
Polyoxyethylene alkyl amine They are easily adsorbed by a negatively charging solid surface. Can be used as a dispersant, lubricant and antistatic agent.
